From the first service on Thursday 8 February the Wynnum North to Lindum loop service will change direction to improve the running of the service.
Route 229 services will now travel on an anti-clockwise loop between Wynnum North and Lindum stations, with additional stops at Iona College and along Sibley Road along the way.
This route is a temporary service running whilst Lindum station is being upgraded.
New route 229 stops
- Wynnum North station (Cameron Parade)
- Iona College (North Road)
- Lindum station
- Sibley Road stops - Pleasantville, Florabelle Court and Regent Street,
- Wynnum North Road at Sibley Road
- Wynnum North station
Iona College afternoon services
The afternoon extra school services departing from Iona College will not follow this new arrangement.
Until further notice, these services will continue to travel clockwise; departing from the North Road at Iona College stop, on the western side of North Road, direct to Wynnum North station.
Morning extra school services are changing and begin travelling on the new anti-clockwise route from Thursday 8 February.
