On Monday 9 December, Salisbury station will close for important Cross River Rail upgrade works. The station is expected to reopen in mid-2026.

During the closure, you will be unable to access the station platforms, station office or ticket machine.

The station overpass bridge between Dollis Street and Lillian Avenue will also close from Monday 9 December.

Most of the park 'n' ride off Dollis Street (on the Beaudesert Road side of the train line) will remain open. 

Alternative services

There are plenty of alternative travel options available to support you during the station closure.

Travel by bus

StationLink route 19 will be extended to Salisbury station and will continue to provide an alternative travel option during the station closure.

StationLink route 19 will be available from Lillian Avenue.

Routes 110, 115 and 117 are also available from nearby stops on Beaudesert Road.

Travel by train

If you prefer to continue to travel by train, Rocklea station is open.

If you need an accessible station, Rocklea and Coopers Plains stations are the closest stations with lift access.

Remember to plan your journey in advance before you travel.
